Production Facility

We have an infrastructure spread over 25000 sq ft in the green valley of Selaqui near Dehradun, Uttarakhand; which comes under excise free zone till 2016.

Facilities & capacity

All the processes under one roof which includes automatic CNC steel bending, CNC Plasma profile cutting, Injection Moulding, Press and weld jobs, Anodizing, Powder Coating, Painting and assembling.

Completely automated 3-axis CNC bending machine helps us get maximum output for S.S front guards upto 100 mm in diameter.

Production Facility and Capacity

Two state of art 300 tons Injection moulding machines to get excellent productivity with more then 100 dies in house, ranging from wheel covers, carrier/side step corners and other plastic accessories required in our products.

Powder Coating Plant:-

1. We have in house powder coating facility. The area of our facility is 2000 sq feet. We have skilled and experienced workers to give consistent and quality products.

2. All types of brackets undergo 8 tank process in this plant for better corrosion resistant ability.

3. Brackets are coated Up to 90 to 100 micron to give better corrosion resistance.
